Formed in 2018 by Dan Maynard and Chris Howells, BetaRay is a 5-piece reggae rock band based in Denver, CO. Drawing inspiration from renowned acts like Iration and Ballyhoo, BetaRay infuses irresistible pop synth vibes into the reggae rock genre, creating a sound that makes people want to dance and have fun! BetaRay has shared the stage with many great bands in the different reggae genres, including Passafire, Fortunate Youth, Bumpin Uglies, Tomorrow’s Bad Seeds, Fayuca, EN Young, and Arise Roots.
In the summer of 2022, BetaRay unveiled their highly anticipated debut release, a self-titled EP featuring five captivating tracks. The album can be found on Spotify, iTunes, Amazon, and other major streaming services.
